Release to Nature

Release to Nature

I let go my pain to the mountain bigger than my problems

I let go my pain to the mountain bigger than my problems
It’s power strong enough to take
large enough to hold

I let go of my sorrow to the ocean
flowing waters flushing away my heart ache
along its endless tides.

I let go of my heaviness to the sky
Where swishy sponge clouds of white
soak up old layers of me
wringing out its essence.

I let go of my heaviness to the sky

What’s recycled
Is known as rain.

Seeing is being

Be the mountain ridges landing in all the right places
smooth slopes becoming props for delusions to fall away.

Be the sea receiving as I am giving away
Beyond my comprehension yet there’s knowingness of this exchange

Be the sky redeeming as
I set my angst on the sun beginning its slumber
Remnants of melancholy burn away by flickering sparks

I set my angst on the sun beginning its slumber

Reciprocal dance of the giving away and the receiving
Ebbing flowing down
Waterfalls across rivers
Merging into the vast ocean
The flying fish pops up and out
Grows wings
Gliding and rising
To the sky
Kissing the Sun
Becoming the phoenix
Burning away yesterday
Rising above
All hurt pain disappointment
Flying free in and out of clouds air and sky
Blending together like the appearing like the ocean
Overseeing the black blue and green mountains
That know how to take the betrayals abuse cruelty
Nature will handle it from here
Freeing me from any work of resolution
Letting go
Letting universe be naturally created for organic healing.
